Information used for enquiries
When the form is enabled, it requests your name, company, business email, optional mobile number, estimated group size, preferred timing and any message you choose to provide. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential off-site. Please do not include health information or other sensitive personal data. Name, company and business email are required to submit the form; the other fields are voluntary. Without the required details we cannot process a form submission. You can instead contact us directly at hello@saisei.world.
Purpose and lawful basis
We process enquiries to respond to your request, communicate with you and prepare a tailored proposal. For business contacts, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and discussing our services. Where you personally request steps before entering a contract with us, we rely on that pre-contractual purpose. Accounting records are processed to comply with applicable legal obligations. The form does not subscribe you to marketing, and you may object to follow-up based on legitimate interests at any time.
Service providers and security
The implementation uses Cloudflare to host the site and protect the enquiry form with Turnstile. Turnstile processes browser and device signals for abuse prevention; your IP address is also supplied to its server-side verification service. When enabled, Resend processes enquiry details to deliver a notification to hello@saisei.world. Our mailbox provider processes notifications and correspondence so we can respond to you. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need the information for these purposes. You can request information about our providers and their data-processing terms using the contact address above.
Security measures include encrypted HTTPS connections, server-side validation and restricted secret access. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form.
Retention and international transfers
General enquiries are retained for no more than 12 months after they are
handled, to allow for follow-up questions, and are then permanently
deleted. Proposals that do not lead to a client relationship are
retained for one to two years for commercial follow-up, with a maximum
of two years. Where an enquiry results in a client relationship, our
internal policy retains relevant accounting records for seven years, or
longer where applicable law requires. Other enquiry data is not
automatically retained for that period. Security records are retained
only as long as needed to investigate abuse, protect the service and
meet applicable legal requirements, taking account of the relevant
provider’s retention settings.
Our service providers may
process information outside the European Economic Area. Where
international transfers occur, we use applicable GDPR transfer
safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual
safeguards where required. Contact hello@saisei.world for information

Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request data portability where it applies. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to a supervisory authority; in Belgium, see the Data Protection Authority. Cookies and external requests
This implementation has no analytics, advertising trackers or newsletter signup. Fonts and brand assets are hosted locally. When the form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile loads for its security check. We use Turnstile for security and abuse prevention. If we introduce analytics, advertising or other additional services, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required.
